Home Sweet Home

Brian and I are proud to announce that we have picked our first home! I know we haven't been looking for too long, just a few months, but it seems we've seen hundreds if you count the online searches, open houses, and the countless houses we drug are poor realtor through. We bid on two prior to this, but perhaps they weren't meant to be. We are so excited about this house! We have a walkthrough bedroom that I can't wait to make into a walk in closet. I get to pull out my sewing machine and make a nice cushion for an awesome bench seat in the dining room. There is a wonderful four season porch that would look really classy with some nice furniture pieces. And until we have any babies, there is enough space for a guest bedroom that won't be forced to double as an office/craft room!

The house still has to pass home inspection, but we are fairly sure it will. Of course, it was built in 1920!! Think there are any ghosts?

Only the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future.

Angie, Congratulations!!This is another big "first" for you guys. If the house IS haunted I hope the ghost is a Martha Stewart type who will assist with your craft projects. On the other hand, Martha might undo your work if she felt you weren't doing things to her taste. My sister has a gohst cat in her daughter's bedroom. Did I ever tell you that story?

Congratulations angie and Brian!

I REALLY like the look of this one, better than the other two we went through. We're very excited for you and very proud how you've been patient with this process.

I'll get my machines out too and we can really go to town on sewing projects. My friend Shawn gave me some old curtains that may do for you with some updating. You'll have to take a look at them to see if they're anything you might be interested in using. You may even get David up for a visit if you have a guest room! :)

I was just remembering - you won't have to rebuild a garage! And Jeff can help with the walkin closet! (if you need help that is)
