Poor Brian, poison ivy can really make you sick. Have you ever tried "tecnu" outdoor skin cleanser? It removes the oils that cause the rash and itching and stops the rash from spreading. It's the only thing that's ever worked for me, just neutralizes the whole mess. Good luck!
