It's a good thing...

That breast milk is so good for babies because it is the only thing keeping me from tearing out my hair as I sit in a public restroom stall and pump numerous times this week. Forget labor, this takes away your dignity

You will have to remind Charlotte of this when she is older :-) Good to hear it is all going well, have a safe trip home!

One time I was pumping at school...one of my educators knocked on the door to see if whoever was in the stall was OK. A fellow student (18 years old) thought my pump was a bomb! So glad my breastfeeding days are done for now!

I feel for you. I haven't had to pump in public yet, but I have breast fed in my car in a variety of parking lots since Branton was born. A step up from a restroom.

I didn't mean to sound snotty by saying that I am glad that my days are done...I commend you for being so diligent in a challenging situation. Not many women would be able to do that!

In the future you will look back and laugh.
Hope your trip home goes well.

That reminds me of when you and I were at a conference and I kept leaving to go pump. Good for you. It really is worth it.
